What we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone, address if you provide it.
• Payment records — network, transaction hash and the screenshot you upload. Payment is in USDT and never passes through a card, so there is no card number for us to see or store.
• MT5 connection details — broker, account number, server and terminal password.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions in the dashboard, IP address, browser.
• Strategy Builder conversations — what you type into the Builder and what it replies, kept so you can come back to a strategy you were working on.
• Support messages — everything you write in a ticket or the contact form, and our replies.
• Your withdrawal address — the USDT address you ask us to send money to, and the network it is on.

How trading credentials are handled

Your MT5 terminal password is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with the key held outside the database. It is never written to logs, never sent by email or messaging app, and is revealed to an operator only once, at deployment, with that access recorded in an audit log. Deleting a connected account removes the stored credential.

We do not request your broker portal password, which is the credential capable of withdrawing funds.

Why we hold it

To deploy and operate the robot you asked for, to verify payment, to provide support, and to meet record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who else sees it

• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, under contract.
• The AI provider behind the Strategy Builder. What you type into the Builder is sent to a third-party language model to produce the reply. Nothing else is sent with it — not your name, your email, your account numbers or your credentials — but the text of the conversation itself leaves our servers. If you would rather it did not, do not put anything into the Builder you would not want a third party to process.
• Authorities, where legally required.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and for the period required afterwards by law. Trading credentials are deleted when you remove the connected account or close your account.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account. Write to support@purepipsai.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie, to keep you signed in. That is the only one. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers, so there is nothing here to decline.
